Cooking method
1. First, we clean the fish from inedible parts, wash it well inside so that it does not taste bitter. We salt the fish (and caviar, if there was one) and leave it for 15 minutes for salting.
2. Meanwhile, beat the eggs, pour into a wide plate. Add red pepper and / or spices for fish. We pour flour on the second plate of the same kind.
3. Breading the fish in this order: flour, egg, flour. Caviar is also breaded.
4. Fry the fish in a hot frying pan with oil on both sides until browned. In another frying pan, we also fry the caviar and pour the remaining egg, fry until the eggs are ready.
