Cooking method

Step 1:
I love lamb, so today I decided to make pan-fried lamb loin. Here's how:
- Rinse the loin under running water and put it in a bowl.
- Slice the onion into half-rings and add it to the loin.
- Next, add the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and finely chopped cilantro.
- Cover and set a weight on top to marinate for 1 hour (the longer it marinates, the better).
-
Step 2:
- Once the lamb has marinated, lay it in a skillet and fry it on both sides until cooked through.
-
Step 3:
Our lamb is ready. Serve it with any side you like — rice, mashed potatoes, or fried potatoes.
