Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I love mutton very much and for this reason I decided to make a fried loin today. So: 1. Rinse the loin under running water and put it in a saucepan 2. Cut the onion into half rings and add to the loin 3. Next, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and finely chopped coriander. 4. Cover with a lid and put under the press for 1 hour (although the more marinated the better)
Step 2:
5. After the lamb has been marinated, we put it in a frying pan and fry it on both sides until ready
Step 3:
Our lamb is ready, it can be served with various side dishes: rice, mashed potatoes, or fried potatoes
