Fried purple asparagus with lemon and garlic

A decent side dish. It prepares very quickly. I recommend. Indeed, this side dish will replace ordinary potatoes, rice. A great addition to the main course.

Pour oil and water into the frying pan. Arrange the shoots of purple asparagus on the bottom of the dishes in one layer. Squeeze out the garlic with a press and sprinkle it over the asparagus. Fry for about 3 minutes until the liquid has completely evaporated. Season with salt and pepper and stand for 1 minute under the lid.
Gently turn over the purple asparagus and warm up again for a couple of minutes without a lid. The shoots should become soft and crisp.
We send asparagus to a dish, pour lemon juice and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Fragrant purple asparagus with a crispy crust is ready. We treat the long-awaited eaters.
