Cooking method
Macrurus clean, wash. Cut the carcass into portions, preferably small. Pour lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Beat the egg. Dip the pieces of macrurus first into the egg, then into rice flakes. Put the fish in the vegetable oil heated in a frying pan and fry on both sides (on a sufficiently high heat) so that the flakes acquire a beautiful golden color. Fry each side for about 6-8 minutes. The fish is ready!
