Step-by-step cooking
Cut the liver into thin portions.
Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove.
Fry the liver in oil. Chop the onion.
As soon as the liver starts the juice, add the onion and mix.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer under the lid on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Then remove the lid, salt, pepper and fry until all the liquid evaporates. The pieces will turn out ruddy, juicy.
