Peel garlic and ginger. Crush garlic with a knife, cut ginger into rings. Pour oil into a frying pan, spread garlic, ginger, bay leaf, pepper and fry for 1 minute. Then put the shrimp, add hot pepper and salt, cover with a lid. The shrimp will give us the juice as soon as they boil, turn off and let all the ingredients make friends for 10 minutes.
