Step-by-step cooking
1. Rinse the squid, remove the hard chord. Cut into strips.
2. Finely chop the garlic and heat it in a saucepan in a small amount of olive oil. Put pine nuts, lightly fry.
3. Add capers and wine.
4. Put tomato sauce.
5. Let it boil a little and put the prepared squid.
6. Keep them literally 2-3 minutes. It is no longer necessary that they do not become rigid.
