Cooking method
- Rinse the squid and remove the hard quill. Cut into strips. 2. Finely chop the garlic and warm it in a saucepan with a little olive oil. Add the pine nuts and toast them lightly. 3. Add the capers and wine. 4. Stir in the tomato sauce. 5. Let it simmer a little, then add the prepared squid. 6. Cook them for just 2–3 minutes — no longer, or they'll turn rubbery. Serve with boiled rice.
