My favorite food from fish offal is fried burbot liver. Now I will share with you the culinary recipe of this very useful dish. We start with the fact that we buy the necessary amount of burbot liver in the store, thoroughly wash it. Now put the liver in a pot of boiling water and cook it for about 10-15 minutes. After 7 minutes after the start of boiling, we put finely chopped herbs, bay leaf and salt to your taste in a saucepan. When the burbot liver is completely ready, we take it out of the pan and cool it. Now we transfer the cooled burbot liver to a hot frying pan with oil and fry it from all sides until golden. After that, we spread the liver on a dish, decorate with herbs, pour lemon juice if desired or sprinkle with a small amount of vinegar. Now we can serve our dish on the table. Bon appetit!
