Step-by-step cooking
Take the chicken, cut it into pieces. The chicken can be any, the pieces are also at your discretion. You can take the legs, you can take the wings, or you can take the whole carcass. The very rich can take chicken fillet. Fry chicken pieces in a frying pan on both sides. We put them in a saucepan. Fry finely chopped onion in the same fat as the chicken. Put it on top of the chicken and drain the fat that remains in the pan. Put the saucepan on the fire, pour a couple of tablespoons of water, close the lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Mix sour cream with flour. We take a little flour so that the sour cream thickens, but you can not take it at all. Salt and pepper the chicken, add sour cream, lavrushka and simmer for another 20 minutes. We do not forget to throw out the lavrushka. I don't use seasonings so as not to spoil the taste itself, but I take red pepper. This dish can be eaten by both children and those on a therapeutic diet. There are no seasonings, the meat is dietary, what else is needed? Oh, yes, the side dish – I use mashed potatoes, but more often – rice.
