Cooking method
Recently acquired a new magazine of culinary recipes, in which I read a very interesting recipe for fried egg noodles with vegetables. I cooked this meal and was very pleased with the results. I also recommend everyone to try this dish. Especially for this, I share with you the way of its preparation. We start by boiling egg noodles for 5-7 minutes. After this time, we throw it ready in a colander, pour cold water over it and let excess moisture drain. Now we cut the onion into thin rings, divide the broccoli into small inflorescences. Then the soy sprouts and corn are washed and transferred to a colander. Now heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the broccoli with corn for about 2 minutes. After that, add the onion, soy and fry it all for another minute. Now season with salt and spice paste. Beat the chicken egg, mix with the vegetables and let it harden. Fry the noodles in the available oil and put them on plates with vegetables.
