First , cook the rice . To do this, preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Boil water with 1 teaspoon of salt and butter. When the water boils, pour it over the rice in a glass heat-resistant bowl. Cover the bowl with foil and bake on a medium level in the oven for about an hour.
Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon. Put the finely chopped onion in the pan and fry for 5-6 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth, vinegar, season with salt, sugar, pepper and mustard. Mix everything well. Put the fried bacon and rice and simmer, stirring constantly for another 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with dill and let cool slightly before serving.
