  • Blend the brynza in a blender and mix it with the butter, garlic (crushed or run through a press), and pepper. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Put a tomato in the center of a cheese patty. Then close it up completely and shape it into a ball. Roll the balls in chopped parsley. Refrigerate for half an hour, then serve. Instead of parsley, you can use dill or nuts. Paprika, sesame, egg yolk, and so on also work.
