Cooking method
- Wash the fresh dates and nuts. Remove the pits. Grind the walnuts and dates in a blender or through a meat grinder. You can add a little raisins. Add cocoa powder or carob and a little water to the mixture. Stir until you have a smooth chocolate mass. Line a cutting board with cling film. Spread the chocolate-and-date mass about 1.5 cm thick. Shape it as you like. From the scraps we rolled little tubes, and from those, decorations and candy hearts. We rolled them in dried strawberry juice. And the final touch! The coating: muesli ground in a blender + freeze-dried strawberry juice + the candy hearts.
