Step-by-step cooking
My fresh dates and nuts. We clean the bones.
Grind walnuts and dates in a blender or through a meat grinder. You can add a little raisins.
Add cocoa powder or Carob and a little water to the mass. Stir until smooth chocolate mass.
We lay the cutting board with cling film. Chocolate + date mass spread 1.5 cm thick. We give the desired shape.
From the scraps we rolled up tubes, and from them jewelry and candy hearts. Rolled in dried strawberry juice
And the final decoration! Sprinkling: ground muesli with a blender + freeze-dried strawberry juice + candy hearts.
