Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
In order to cook mushrooms on a grill on coals, prepare high-quality fresh mushrooms of medium and larger size. I myself chose mushrooms in the supermarket and took the largest ones. Do not take mushrooms with long legs, they can interfere. You will also need vegetable oil (I use unrefined corn), salt, as well as spices to taste, in particular granulated garlic.
Step 2:
Rinse the champignons thoroughly, refresh the cut on the leg with a sharp knife, and also remove the dark spoiled places.
Step 3:
Pour vegetable oil over the champignons and sprinkle with salt, sprinkle evenly with granulated garlic. With clean hands, spread the oil with salt and garlic over the entire surface of all the mushrooms so that every centimeter is oiled.
Step 4:
Put the prepared champignons on the grill over the coals. The heat should be slightly more than average, without obvious flames. Bake the mushrooms until browned and browned to the desired degree, first on one side, then on the other. I like to bake mushrooms on a grill, but you can also use skewers. Then you need to string the mushrooms carefully so that they do not crack.
Step 5:
Mushrooms on the grill on the coals are ready! Remove them from the grill and serve them to the table. Such mushrooms are good both hot and cold and even chilled.
Step 6:
Add ready-made mushrooms on a grill on coals when serving with fresh herbs and a variety of sauces or vegetable salads to your taste.
Try to cook mushrooms with spices in addition to granulated garlic. The perfect spice is oregano. This herb is usually included in the composition of Italian or Provencal herbs, so you can take them. you don't need to put a lot, the spice is strong enough. be sure to try the mushrooms with oregano, you will like it. Part of it resembles the taste of pizza.
