- I'd like to share a recipe for a sour sauce that's ideal for fish dishes. Food served with this sauce takes on a distinctive, unique flavor and a delicate aroma. The sauce is quick and easy to make. It also goes well with pan-fried meat. To start, cut the pickle into small cubes. Finely chop the button mushrooms with a knife. From the eggs we need only the yolks; mash them with a fork or grate them on a grater. To the mashed egg yolks, add the finely chopped green onion and parsley, then sprinkle everything with lemon juice, vegetable oil, and vinegar. Mix it all together. Then add sugar, salt, the pepper blend, and any other seasonings you like — that's up to you. Beat everything together until smooth. Add the pickles and mushrooms and mix again. Instead of vegetable oil you can use cream — it turns out very tasty that way too. Pour the finished sauce into a sauce boat and garnish the top with a sprig of parsley or a few basil leaves. The sour sauce is ready! Enjoy!
