Cod caviar purchased in the store often has a salty and not the taste that we wanted. I want to suggest a culinary recipe for making a wonderful snack for the table from such caviar. You can serve such food with a piece of black bread or with a thin pancake.
First you need to mash the cod caviar with a spoon in order to crush the eggs. Then you need to beat the caviar with a mixer and pour vegetable oil in a thin stream. Beat the caviar with oil until it is absorbed into the caviar, about 3 minutes. Vegetable oil can also be added a little more than 600-800 gr., the more oil, the more magnificent the caviar will be and not so spoil in the refrigerator.
Finely chop the onion or you can even grate it on a grater. Chopped onion for the disappearance of bitterness should be put in the microwave for a few seconds.
Add the onion to the beaten caviar, sprinkle with lemon juice. Then add white bread soaked in milk or water or grated breadcrumbs, mix everything with a mixer.
As caviar, you can use any other caviar of both sea and river fish.
We spread the ready-made cod caviar on a piece of black bread, decorate with herbs and half an olive.
