Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Beef pulp is washed and dried with napkins. Cut across the fibers with thin strips.
Step 2:
Then cut the straw into cubes - the smaller the better.
Step 3:
At the next stage, we intensively and thoroughly chop the meat with a sharp knife into minced meat. If there are white streaks, it is better to remove them, as they will interfere with the adhesion during the formation of the steak. We try to break all the veins.
Step 4:
Peel the garlic and pass it through the press, forming a mush. Spread the minced garlic, ground black pepper and salt to taste on the prepared minced meat. I added about 1 teaspoon of pepper and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Step 5:
Now we knead the minced meat with our hands to get a viscous mass. Then we put it in a bag, tie it and beat it off on the table. The whole process takes a few minutes. The longer you work with minced meat, the better. We try the minced meat with salt and spices and collect it into a lump.
Step 6:
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and divide the minced meat into two parts. We take one part and throw it from palm to palm to grip the minced meat even more. We form a round flat meat tortilla. We also deal with the second part of the minced meat.
Step 7:
Burn vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay out the blanks, I have a small frying pan, fried one at a time. Fry the steaks on one side over medium heat for 3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 8:
Turn the blanks over and fry the same amount of time on the other side. Thus, we bring them to half-readiness.
Step 9:
At the final stage, we put the steaks in a baking dish and put it in a preheated oven. We mark the time for 10 minutes. We bring the steaks to readiness.
The output is a steak no worse than a restaurant one - juicy inside and appetizing in appearance. You can always surprise your guests and your family with such a dish! It can be served with fresh or baked vegetables in combination with fresh herbs, you can even without a side dish. This recipe has definitely become one of my favorites, now I will know what to cook for family and festive holidays!
