Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes and sausage? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can change the quantity and proportions of the ingredients a little to your liking. If you add more tomatoes, then the finished fried eggs will be more juicy. You can use any sausage. I really like the taste of fried boiled sausage, so I will use it. If desired, it can be replaced with smoked.
Step 2:
Preheat the frying pan to a hot state. Pour a little vegetable oil and put the prepared sausage. Fry it for a couple of minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3:
Then the sausage can be moved to the side, thereby freeing up space for eggs. On a free territory, break the eggs.
Step 4:
Immediately arrange the sliced tomatoes. If they are pre-fried, they will lose their shape. And so they will warm up evenly with the eggs. During cooking, they will become softer, but they will not have time to spread over the pan. Add a little salt to the scrambled eggs and sprinkle with spices. As a spice, I use paprika and ground pepper.
Step 5:
Cook the scrambled eggs on low heat for 4-6 minutes. The protein should be completely cooked on the surface of the whole fried egg, but it should not start to burn. For quick cooking, you can cover the pan with a lid. But at the same time, the yolks will be baked with protein and become white. Scrambled eggs with sausage and tomatoes are ready! Sprinkle with herbs and serve hot! Bon appetit!
Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
You can check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in a frying pan in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.
