Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products for making tortillas and start cooking. The greens are thoroughly washed and dried.
Step 2:
Let's start preparing the dough. Mix flour with half a teaspoon of salt and add water. We knead a tight dough, like on dumplings. Knead well and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 3:
Finely chop all the greens. But first you need to scald the nettle with boiling water so that it does not burn.
Step 4:
We form tortillas from the resulting dough. I got 5 pieces.
Step 5:
Put a fifth of the greens in the middle of the tortilla, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.
Step 6:
Gently pinch the edges of the tortilla. Thus, we form all 5 cakes.
Step 7:
Spread the tortillas on a preheated dry frying pan.
Step 8:
Fry the tortillas on both sides for a few minutes until brown spots appear. Remove them from the pan and lubricate with butter.
Step 9:
Ready-made tortillas are very tasty to eat both hot and cold. We taste and enjoy the taste. Enjoy your meal!
