Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash and dry the chicken breast fillet with a paper towel.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken into portions. Do not mince, as the meat is subject to roasting in the future, respectively, the pieces will still decrease in size.
Step 3:
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken over high heat until golden brown. Add curry and any seasonings at your discretion and add salt to taste. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Defrost the broccoli a little. Cut the inflorescences that are too large with a knife, making them more or less flat. Small inflorescences can be left intact.
Step 5:
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with a drop of sunflower oil. Lay out the fried chicken pieces and broccoli inflorescences. You can lay out layers, or you can do it arbitrarily.
Step 6:
Pour low-fat sour cream on top of the chicken. Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater and sprinkle the dish on top. Tilsiter is perfect here.
Step 7:
And the final touch - sprinkle the chicken with breadcrumbs. With them, the crust on the surface will be even more appetizing and delicious. Place the mold in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
In this dish, chicken with spices plays a delicious role, and broccoli is useful.
Many people don't like broccoli. And very in vain, because it contains a lot of useful substances and antioxidants.
In tandem with spicy chicken breast fillet, broccoli will appeal to even the most fastidious eaters.
In order to lower the calorie content of the dish, the chicken can be fried either in a dry non-stick frying pan, or even leave it without preliminary heat treatment. That is, you can put chicken fillet in the form in raw form. It will still turn out delicious.
For the same purpose, cheese with a low mass fraction of fat content can be used for sprinkling.
I like to bake dishes in the oven in small portion forms. It looks great, and it's a pleasure to serve it on the table.
Serve this chicken with a fresh vegetable salad, seasoned with olive oil. Bon appetit!
