Potato Pancakes with Onion (Draniki)

Fast, cheap, and delicious — fragrant and juicy! These draniki (potato pancakes) with potato and onion come out really tasty, satisfying, and soft. If they've soaked up a lot of oil, just blot them with a paper towel. They're great served with a sour cream sauce or plain sour cream.
