Cooking method
1. My ribs, cut into segments, put in a bowl, sprinkle with spices and salt, leave for 20-30 minutes.
2. We put the ribs in the bowl of a slow cooker, pour olive oil, fry until browned using the "Frying" program.
3. Then we change the mode to "Quenching", pour a little water and continue to cook the ribs for 25 minutes, mix a couple of times during cooking.
Well, it turned out just perfect!
