- Rinse the ribs, cut them into sections, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with spices and salt, and let sit for 20–30 minutes.
- Put the ribs in the slow cooker bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and brown them using the "Sauté/Fry" setting.
- Then switch to the "Stew" setting, pour in a little water, and continue cooking the ribs for 25 minutes, stirring a couple of times along the way.
