Tender juicy meat with a unique magical aroma. Once I cooked pork knuckle in beer and I liked it so much that I decided to look for recipes for cooking meat in beer. Of the many recipes, I chose the simplest, which does not require prolonged pickling, but no less delicious! I suggest you try it!
