Cut the onion into thin half rings and put it on the bottom of the baking dish

Wash the pork, dry it well with paper towels and make deep incisions 1.5-2 cm thick

Rub the meat well on all sides with salt, pepper and spices and spread over the onion

Fill everything with beer - it took me about 250 ml

Cover with foil and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours
Step 11:
After the specified time, we take the meat out of the oven and remove the foil, return it to the oven for another 15 minutes so that the meat is browned
