Cooking method

Cooking time: 55 min

I wash chicken legs, at the same time ridding them of excess cargo – skin. We won't need it, so we can safely throw it away. You can remove the skin directly with your hands, without using a knife. We don't need bones any more – aside.

We wrap the chicken in food foil and beat it with a hammer, but we don't get carried away, chicken doesn't need much. We will not cut the thighs. Instead, rub them with a mixture of turmeric, grated garlic, salt and black pepper. We leave the smeared chicken for half an hour. She will not require more, although it will only be good for her taste.

The most important moment comes – we light the coals and put the grill on which our chicken barbecue will lie. The grill must be heated before you can put the meat on it. We stack the thighs so that the side where the large bone used to be is at the top. The meat will take a maximum of five or six minutes before it takes a ready look.

Take an egg and separate the yolk from the protein. We only need the yolk from the egg. Put it in a cup and whisk, mixing with half a teaspoon of turmeric. Turn the meat over, applying the resulting mixture to the fried crust. How the inverted side is fried – the chicken can be served to the table!
