Step 1:
Take a deep bowl in which it is convenient to mix the dough. We break the egg. Add sugar, salt, soda, whisk with a whisk or mixer.
Step 2:
Pour in the milk, mix.
Step 3:
Gradually add flour, stirring constantly. To make the pancakes airy, the flour can be sifted through a sieve. At the end, add sunflower oil, mix. The dough is ready. It should not be too liquid. Make the pancake batter a little thicker than usual.
Step 4:
Preheat the pancake. She warms up for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5:
Fill the ladle to the mark, then carefully pour the dough into the center of the "circle" of the pancake maker.
Step 6:
Distribute the dough with the bottom of the ladle around the circle. It turns out a smooth pancake.
Step 7:
Fill all the circles of the pancake maker with the dough.
Step 8:
The first batch of pancakes takes a little longer to prepare. We check the readiness by lifting the pancake with a spatula. As soon as one side has acquired a golden color, turn it over to the other, and bake until ready.
Step 9:
Remove the finished pancakes with a spatula, lubricate with butter. Such miniature pancakes can be served to a festive table with red caviar – it looks very exquisite and appetizing! A wonderful companion to such pancakes will be sour cream or your favorite jam. Bon appetit!
