Zrazy, cooked according to such a culinary recipe, very much resemble meat rolls, but extremely tasty, especially the sauce, which can be eaten separately with spoons. This food can decorate any festive table. So, let's cook cool, delicious beef zrazy. We cut the meat along the fibers so that the slices are 1.5 cm thick. Then we beat them well to a fine state. Finely chop the onion and mix with breadcrumbs and butter at room temperature. We spread the filling on the prepared pieces of beef, roll up the rolls. The edges of each roll are fastened with a toothpick. We roll the zrazy in flour and fry in vegetable oil on all sides over high heat until golden brown. Then we put the zrazy in a saucepan, spread the remaining filling on top, pour water to completely close the zrazy and salt. Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer for about 1.5 hours.
