Fresh tomato salad. I am preparing a salad of fresh tomatoes according to this recipe for my father-in-law. Such food is suitable for a summer table and for winter gatherings. I took the recipe from an old book that I received from my grandmother without a cover, but everything that I cooked according to recipes from these pages is very tasty and beautiful.
So, I take fresh tomatoes, any quantity. In this case, my favorite tomato variety is "Bull's Heart". Tomatoes, of course, I wash first of all, then cut along the core. I put what turned out on a snack dish, sprinkle with salt and dried basil. Dried basil is perfect for this snack. I leave all this for an hour, meanwhile we prepare the dressing for tomatoes. To do this, mix mustard, red balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil to a homogeneous consistency and season the snack, if desired, decorate with coriander greens. It can be served with vodka and meat dishes. This snack looks beautiful on white dishes. Enjoy your meal.
