I bring to your attention a wonderful culinary recipe for a dish that can be considered a dessert at the same time. Melon carpaccio with celery and yogurt sauce is a pretty satisfying and quickly cooked meal. To prepare it, we will perform the following operations.
Let's make the sauce first. We cut the celery into small pieces, having previously separated its leaves (they will be useful in the future to decorate the finished dish). Now mix yogurt and chopped green onions in a separate bowl. We salt the resulting mixture and pour it over the chopped celery roots. Stir the sauce.
Cut the melon into small slices. If the melon has a long length, you can cut the slices across.
Now it does not interfere with cooling all the components by placing them in the refrigerator for a while.
In the meantime, you can finely chop the celery leaves.
