Let's start preparing this salad with the preparation of dressing. Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl and pour a quarter cup of milk. Let's leave them for 10-15 minutes, so that they swell up properly. From time to time they can be stirred slightly.
When the crackers are properly softened, put them in a blender bowl, add nuts, salt, black pepper, butter and pour out the rest of the milk. After processing the mixture with a blender, we get our sauce, which needs to be poured into a separate bowl.
In a large bowl, mix the chicory and sliced endive. Now let's salt and pepper it, and sprinkle with paprika.
