Step 1:
1.Prepare all the products. Peel raw potatoes and onions from the husk. To mix the ingredients, you will need a deep bowl.
Step 2:
2.Release the ham from the packaging, take the required amount. Using a knife, chop the product into small cubes. Pour into a prepared bowl or container.
Step 3:
3.For draniki, it is recommended to take hard cheese. It must be cut, like ham, into small cubes. Add cheese to ham.
Step 4:
4.Rub the onion on a large or small grater. Add the gruel to the main mass.
Step 5:
5.Chop the potatoes into large strips, squeeze out the juice. Pour the vegetable into a bowl, stir.
Step 6:
6.Add raw chicken eggs, ground black pepper and salt to taste. Mix the mass until smooth.
Step 7:
7.At the end, pour wheat flour. Mix the mass with a spoon until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Step 8:
8.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the draniki on a hot frying pan with a spoon. Fry on each side until golden brown. To turn the tortillas, you can use a spatula or fork.
Step 9:
9.Put the finished draniki first on a paper napkin, and then serve to the table. The result is soft, fragrant and delicious potato pancakes with slices of ham. It is recommended to eat them hot, you can serve them with sour cream, fresh vegetables and herbs. Bon appetit!
If desired, other sausages or smoked chicken, bacon can be used instead of ham. Flour must be sifted so that impurities do not get into the bulk. If necessary, potato pancakes can be steamed in the same way as cutlets on cabbage leaves.
