Step 1:
Ingredients - any meat, rice, onion, carrot, garlic, spices, vegetable oil. Turn on the slow cooker in frying mode for 20 minutes
Step 2:
Cut the meat into cubes (I took pork) about 2 cm. Put it in a slow cooker.
Step 3:
Cut onion into half rings, grate carrots or cut into strips.
Step 4:
Add to meat. Fry it.
Step 5:
When onions, carrots and meat are fried, add rice. Rice should be pre-rinsed to clear water.
Step 6:
Add spices. Press the garlic head into the rice.
Step 7:
Pour water so that it covers the rice by about 2 cm. Cook in pilaf mode for 40 minutes.
Step 8:
After completing the program, remove the garlic head from the pilaf. Mix the finished pilaf and serve hot.
