Step 1:

Add 1.5 teaspoons of lemon juice, two tablespoons of honey, a tablespoon of olive oil, ground black pepper, salt to the shrimp. Mix gently, and leave for half an hour.
Step 6:
Cut the bread into cubes, with a side of 1.5 cm. Fry in garlic oil until golden brown. Then dry for 10 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees.
Step 7:
Marinated shrimp fry until golden brown. Within 2-3 minutes.
Step 8:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 9:
Mix the crackers with mayonnaise / sauce. Spread the lettuce leaves on a plate, put garlic crackers in the middle, sprinkle with cheese, decorate with shrimp. Eat fresh until the cheese is dry and the crackers have lost their crispy properties.
