Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the milk and beat well with a fork or whisk.
2. Pour the resulting mixture into a frying pan (pancake is good, non-stick, or lubricate the usual oil). Cook under the lid for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add sliced banana and grated cheese to half of the omelet. Cheese is good to take a neutral taste or sweet. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another 5-7 minutes under the lid over low heat. If it is very fried, turn it from side to side.
Pleasant!

PS I agree that it's an unusual combination, but if you cook and try it, it turns out surprisingly tasty.
