Sweet Milk Omelet in a Skillet

    1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, and beat well with a fork or whisk. 2. Pour the mixture into a skillet (a crepe pan or nonstick pan works great, or grease a regular one with a little oil). Cover and cook for 2–3 minutes. 3. Onto one half of the omelet, add the sliced banana and grated cheese. A mild or slightly sweet cheese works best here. Fold the omelet in half and cook another 5–7 minutes, covered, over low heat. If it's browning too fast, flip it from side to side. Enjoy! P.S. I know it's an unusual combination, but once you make it and taste it, it's surprisingly good.
