Step 1:
Prepare the products.

Step 4:
Mix the finished minced meat.
Step 5:
The rice cooked until half cooked is cooled.
Step 6:
Add rice to minced meat.
Step 7:
Then add the raw egg, salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite spices and seasonings. Mix everything well.
Step 8:
With our hands soaked in water, we form meatballs. The size is slightly larger than a chicken egg.
Step 9:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs lightly. Quite a bit - to grab a little.
Step 10:
We put the fried meatballs into the bowl of a slow cooker.
Step 11:
Preparing the sauce. In a bowl or bowl, mix sour cream, tomato sauce and water. I have homemade tomato sauce. If you have tomato concentrated paste, 2 tablespoons are enough.
Step 12:
Pour the sauce over our meatballs.
Step 13:
Put the bowl in the slow cooker, close the lid and turn on the "quenching" mode for 1 hour.
Step 14:
After an hour, the finished meatballs smell incredible!
Step 15:
Put the meatballs in a plate and pour delicious sauce! Serve with sour cream.
