Sweet pancakes with strawberries and cottage cheese

Step-by-step cooking
Sift 400g of flour into a bowl. Add 1 tsp salt, 4 tbsp.l.sugar, 1 tbsp.l.baking powder. Beat 2 eggs with 1 tsp vanilla sugar and combine with warm milk (by eye). Pour the milk mixture into the flour and mix with a mixer until a smooth dough forms. Leave for 10 minutes.then add 50g.melted butter and mix again. Preheat the frying pan, use a cooking brush with melted butter and bake pancakes for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
For sauce (500g.frozen strawberries, sugar to taste, 1 tbsp starch) pour frozen strawberries with sugar, leave to defrost for 2-3 hours, bring to a boil, pour in the mixture of 2 tbsp cold water with starch, mix thoroughly, cook, stirring for 1 min. Remove from heat, add chopped berries, cool completely.
& nbsp;For the filling, mix a little strawberries with cottage cheese (500g.cottage cheese, 2-4 tbsp.l.thick sour cream, 2-3st.l.powdered sugar) put in the refrigerator before use.
Grease each pancake with cottage cheese filling, roll it into a tube. Serve sweet pancakes with berry sauce.
