Quick Skillet Kefir Flatbreads

Simple, very tasty flatbreads that go with just about anything. If you have a little free time and some kefir, be sure to try these wonderful flatbreads — they're great alongside a bowl of soup, as a base for any filling, or as a snack on their own! They're handy to make for breakfast or to pack for a picnic, and they couldn't be easier to put together!

    Using a rolling pin to move it, transfer each round to a skillet with a little vegetable oil. If your pan has a good non-stick coating, you can skip the oil entirely.

    Fry until golden, then flip and cook the other side. These flatbreads cook very fast — just 2–3 minutes per side.
