Cooking method
Today we are cooking from young zucchini. Do you think that only pancakes can be made from them? Get acquainted with our wonderful recipe, and you will be able to cook a very tasty and healthy salad from young zucchini!
A diet salad of fresh zucchini with many other vegetables can be served both as a side dish to meat and as an independent dish. Thanks to the dressing, it has a piquant taste, and there is no need to talk about the benefits – vitamin on vitamin!
Young zucchini differ not only in size, they have a thin skin, no seeds and a sweet taste, which goes well with other healthy vegetables.
1. Wash vegetables well. This is the most important stage, protect your health from bacteria and other dangers.
2. Dry or you can just get wet with a paper or cotton towel.
3. We get rid of the peel, seeds, tops and unnecessary contents.
4. Cut the vegetables as follows: zucchini and pepper – small cubes, carrots and cabbage — thin strips, tomatoes slices, greens very finely chopped - chop.
5. Mix all the chopped vegetables in a salad bowl.
6. Sprinkle with chopped herbs (I use parsley and dill. Everything is according to the standard, so as not to complicate, but you can also add herbs that you will like).
7. Salt with ordinary table salt.
8. Add pepper or any other seasonings to your taste. I add more garlic and the so-called "delicious salt".
9. We fill the salad with any fragrant oil. It can be used as the most common unrefined sunflower, as well as linseed, olive and others.
You can also add a very useful dressing like lemon juice. It will add an unusual taste to this salad + vitamins!
10. Let the salad brew for ten or fifteen minutes.
11. Decorate with fresh herbs.
12. We serve it on the table! Your salad is ready!
Bon appetit!
Note to the hostess: "If you cut zucchini and carrots with a vegetable peeler, it will look more interesting, and the slices will come out thinner."
