Cooking method
CAKE:
1. Chop the cookies in a blender.
2. Add sour cream and mix.
3. Cover the form with parchment and lay out the mass of cookies. Tamp and refrigerate for an hour.
TOPPING:
4. Set aside a few berries for decoration, and mix the rest of the strawberries, 50 grams of powdered sugar and 1 tsp of water in a blender. Put it in the refrigerator.
CREAM:
5. In a blender, beat the cheese, the remaining powdered sugar, vanilla and cream. Do not beat for too long, as the mass will become liquid.
CHEESECAKE:
6. Put the cream on the cake and refrigerate for 4 hours. You can stay all night.
7. Carefully pull the cheesecake out of the mold, transfer to a dish, decorate with berries.
8. When serving, pour each piece with topping.
