Cooking method
The milk in the recipe is not fat, the eggs are fresh, sunflower oil is refined. Immediately pancakes are fried not very fast, but then the pan heats up pretty much and the frying process accelerates. This fact should be taken into account and do not leave the stove for a long time.
1. Break the chicken eggs into a deep bowl, beat with an electric mixer into a fluffy foam. It is better if the eggs are homemade and fresh.
2. Pour 1/3 of the milk into the resulting fluffy egg foam, pour sugar and a pinch of salt, whisk.
3. Sift the flour, pour parts into a bowl with liquid ingredients, mix with a hand whisk.
4. When all the flour has already been introduced into the dough, add the remaining milk and sunflower oil, mix. You can take not only sunflower oil, but also olive, corn or any other vegetable oil, the main thing is that it is odorless.
5. Fry the pancakes on medium heat on both sides. The oil is already in the dough, so when using a frying pan with a non-stick coating, the oil can not be used at all when frying. If pancakes are fried in a frying pan without a non-stick coating, you need to add a little oil.
Pancakes can be served with jam, honey, sour cream. You can also prepare a variety of fillings and wrapped pancakes with an envelope or roll. With any filling, the pancakes will turn out very tasty, because the base is cooked flawlessly!
Bon appetit!
