To make egg rolls from crab sticks with cheese, it is necessary to use chilled unpressed crab sticks so that they can be well unwrapped. If we use frozen sticks, they need to be thawed to the end and only then unwrapped.

The main thing is to buy good cheese and high-quality mayonnaise, because the taste of the dish largely depends on their quality.

And so, let's get started!

1. Break four chicken eggs into a bowl, lightly salt, add one tablespoon of sour cream and flour. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise.

2. The frying pan (preferably pancake) is slightly greased with oil, let it warm up. Pour one portion of egg mass on it and fry it like a pancake on both sides. I got four pancakes. We are waiting for the egg pancakes to cool down.

3. Crab sticks are very carefully unfolded to make plates. I needed 4 unwrapped sticks - count them by the number of egg pancakes.

4. Cheese (any, mine is hard) is grated on a fine grater.

5. Dill greens are well washed in running water, dried with a paper towel and finely chopped.

6. Each egg pancake is wrapped separately. For folding rolls, you can use a bamboo mat (as for folding rolls).

7. We spread one pancake on a board (mat), lubricate it with a thin layer of mayonnaise just so that the crab stick sticks, and distribute a plate of the unfolded crab stick on it.

8. Sprinkle the crab plate with grated cheese.

9. Grease the cheese with mayonnaise.

10. Sprinkle chopped dill on top.

11. Very carefully we roll everything together into a roll. In the end, you should get four egg rolls of crab sticks with cheese.

12. It is advisable to cool the finished rolls in the refrigerator so that the filling in them "makes friends" and they are easier to cut. Then we cut off the ugly ends of the rolls (they can be eaten immediately) and cut them into rolls 2.5–3 cm long .

Bon appetit and festive mood!
