Cooking method
Grind sugar with soft butter. Add vanilla sugar.
Separate egg whites from yolks. Add the yolks to the oil mixture. It is better to put the proteins in the refrigerator, so they will be easier to whisk.
Add sour cream, mix.
Pour in the sifted flour and baking powder.
Beat the egg whites with a mixer to a stable foam, add to the dough, mix gently with a spatula.
Put the dough into a mold (d-24cm), smooth it out. Put the sliced peeled apple slices on the dough, sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes at temp. 180 gr. until ready. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer: if it comes out dry from the middle of the pie, then the pie is ready.
