Cooking method
1. Peel garlic, finely chop with a knife.
2. My onion is also crushed.
3. Pour kefir into a bowl, put garlic in it, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Wash the chicken breast, dry it, cut it into small pieces, put it in a bowl with kefir, mix well.
5. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
6. Transfer the contents of the bowl into the pan, add part of the green onion, send it to the fire, evaporate the liquid for 3-4 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with the remaining green onions.
You can serve it with any side dish and on your own, in any case, it's very tasty!
