Cooking method
1. Wash the chicken, dry it, cut it into medium-sized pieces.
2. Wash the zucchini (ideally, young fruits), cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half into plates.
3. Fry chicken meat in vegetable oil until tender, and zucchini - until golden on each side.
4. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press.
5. Put the chicken to the zucchini, add the garlic mush, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice, mix, cover and let it stand in a hot frying pan for 10-15 minutes.
Pour in portions and serve on the table!
