Step 1:
Recipe preparation products. Onions and garlic are peeled, they, as well as chicken thighs (you can take other parts of the chicken) are thoroughly washed. Chicken thighs are dried with paper towels. Rub with a mixture of salt and pepper, leave for 15-30 minutes.
Step 2:
Cut onion into half rings, garlic into plates.
Step 3:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the thighs on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4:
Transfer the fried chicken thighs to a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Step 5:
In the same pan where the chicken was fried, fry the onion until golden brown, add a little salt and pepper, garlic and fry the onion and garlic together.
Step 6:
Then pour in a spoonful of flour, stir, fry for 1 minute or less, stirring constantly. Make sure that the flour does not burn and is evenly distributed.
Step 7:
Put the fried onion on top of the chicken and pour the wine into the pan.
Step 8:
Add spices. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is ready. At the same time, we carefully monitor that the chicken and other components of the dish do not burn.
Step 9:
