Beef Liver with Onions and Apples

Don't like liver? You just haven't cooked it right — try it with onions! Beef liver pan-fried with onions and apples will win over anyone who thinks they don't like this wonderful ingredient. The tartness of the apples pairs beautifully with the richness of the liver, and the sweet fried onions round out the trio perfectly. Tart apples work best here.

Cooking method
