Step 1:
Let's start cooking pork schnitzel by preparing all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Pork cut into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.
Step 3:
Lightly beat the meat with a kitchen hammer.
Step 4:
Chop off pieces of pork marinate in mayonnaise for 1 hour.
Step 5:
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 6:
Mix flour with salt, coriander and ground black pepper.
Step 7:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll the pork in flour and sprinkle garlic on top. We put the meat on a baking sheet covered with parchment and greased with sunflower oil. Put the schnitzels in the oven for 40 minutes.
Step 8:
Ready-made schnitzels acquire a pleasant golden color and a subtle aroma of seasonings and garlic.
