Heat up the frying pan to the maximum possible, but so that it does not burn.
Step 6:

Lubricate with olive oil and spread the zucchini.
Step 7:

Fry on both sides until characteristic ruddy stripes.
Step 8:

Decorate with parsley and enjoy as an independent dish or serve with meat :)
