Cooking method
Potatoes are washed, cleaned, cut into small pieces. Finely chop the cabbage.
Minced meat can be used any, with chicken hotter it will be lower in calories.
Minced meat is fried with finely chopped onion in preheated vegetable oil until cooked, when the minced meat turns white.
Add potatoes and cabbage to the minced meat, pour water to half the contents, bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
