Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Finely shred the cabbage. You can use any ground meat you like — ground chicken makes the dish lighter in calories. Fry the ground meat with the finely chopped onion in preheated vegetable oil until it's cooked through and turns pale. Add the potatoes and cabbage to the meat, pour in enough water to come halfway up the mixture, bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy!
