Georgian Cornmeal Mchadi
Delicious mchadi straight from Georgia — you have to try them for yourself! Every culture has its own traditions and its own recipes. The Chinese can't sit down to a meal without rice, just as Uzbeks can't do without flatbread. Mchadi is something Georgian cuisine simply can't go without — you wouldn't eat cheese without it, for instance. Mchadi is an age-old, widely loved dish that's a pleasure to eat and easy to make. It's a lot like pancakes. If all you have at home is oil, cornmeal, and some jam, and you're not sure what to make, don't worry — you can put a hearty meal on the table for your kids and your family with this.
