Step 1:
How to make a tortilla cake with filling in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients. You can take ready-made tortillas, or you can bake them at home yourself. If you don't like green onions, replace them with fresh herbs or leeks.
Step 2:
Put a frying pan on a small fire and heat it up. If you wish, you can add a little vegetable oil, but I usually do not do this. Put one tortilla in a frying pan and heat for 2 minutes. Then turn the tortilla over to the other side.
Step 3:
Break the eggs into a bowl, season them with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Carefully pour the eggs on the tortilla, which is in the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the tortilla for 5-7 minutes. The eggs should be almost completely cooked.
Step 4:
Rinse the green onions, dry them and cut them. Sprinkle the top of the eggs over the entire surface.
Step 5:
Wash the tomato, dry it and cut it into cubes. Put it on the eggs as well.
Step 6:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and cover the top of the tortilla.
Step 7:
Put the second tortilla on the cheese, press it down a little.
Step 8:
Using a wide spatula, gently turn the tortilla over and fry it for another 3-4 minutes. The bottom should be browned, and the cheese should melt.
Step 9:
Remove the tortilla from the pan and cut into four pieces. Immediately serve the dish to the table until the cheese is frozen.
